• Fiberization of Packaging™: ProAmpac introduces its patent-pending recyclable high-barrier thermoformable FibreSculpt and thermal/chilled insulated FiberCool bag to its fiber-based packaging portfolio. In addition, the award-winning ProActive Recyclable RP-1000 platforms offer curbside recyclable heat-sealable fiber alternatives to traditional film-based packaging, further advancing the company's paper-based recyclable offerings.
• Sustainable Film Expansion: New patented large format QUADFLEX Recyclable LFQ and ProActive Recycle Ready Retort RT-4000 round out ProAmpac’s sustainable packaging offerings in the pet food market, providing mono-material options for every packaging format. In addition, ProAmpac has commercialized post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging for consumer-packaged goods (CPGs), further solidifying its leadership toward a circular economy.

It leverages 3-Phase Activ-Polymer™ technology by Aptar’s CSP Technologies to remove moisture from the headspace of moisture-sensitive products such as probiotic stick packs, diagnostics, and hygroscopic powders. The technology leads to longer shelf life, improving product quality/texture by avoiding clumping and being able to pack formulations previously unattainable with traditional materials.
• E-Commerce Automation: ProAmpac’s auto-bag and fan-fold bag technology enhance efficiency in high-volume e-commerce and industrial applications. These bags are specifically designed for automated systems, ensuring seamless integration and streamlined performance in fulfillment processes.
